Job description
Niemco Fabricators, Inc., a full-service metalworking business is seeking Part-time Office Assistant for various office duties and to assist Office Manager.

We offer:
• 30 plus hours - Flexible working schedule - between 8 to 4:30 M-F
• $15.00 per hour + depending on experience
• Insurance for Part-time workers that work over 30 plus a week
Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
Experience requirements
• Prior office experience preferred
Qualifications
• Computer knowledge in Sage software/Excel and Word a plus
• Accuracy in keyboarding a must
Responsibilities
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Time Card and Invoice Data entry
• Filing, general clerical duties
• Answering the phones
Work hours
• Part-time, Flexible hours Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30
• 30 hours + weekly
